River Birch Pruning

Yesterday we pruned a River Birch in Clifton, VA. The tree was over grown and hanging heavily over the road. Our goal was clearance for cars and delivery trucks, thin out the canopy to allow light and air penetration and lastly remove dead branches. The bucket truck helped speed up the process.
